Sunday, October 10, 2010 the Equality Torch Relay is an opportunity for San Diego LGBT Pride to involve all of San Diego County neighborhoods in supporting and raising awareness of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender San Diegans who embody our community's rich history of courage, spirit, achievement and activism.

The Torch Relay will:

UNITE the community with the promise of achieving equality for LGBT individuals.

INSPIRE people to foster pride in and respect for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communites, locally and globally.

CHANGE perceptions by creating a world free of prejudice and bias.

The relay is 9am-1:30pm throughout San Diego County. Be sure to check out www.sandiegopride.org for starting/finishing points around your area!

Your favorite feminine-influenced restaurant/bar has survived a year! That's right, Gossip Grill is turning 1!! Join us October 5th to celebrate an incredible year and get ready for the years to come!!

The party kicks off at 7pm! DJ Lauren will be tantalizing your ears with your favorite tracks of the year until 11pm.

It's our turn to wear the mustache and sash -- so you'll all be wearing them too! Mustaches and boas will be handed out at the door, get your picture taken in front of the "F Me, I'm Famous" banner, and celebrate with the staff of Gossip Grill!
